Ladybug Love

Yay getting back to normal, and actually got some cards to post again :) hopefully going to get lots more done this week, try and get some more challenges done cos I haven't really done any this week with one thing and another. Anyways I survived overtime, just about lol - had to resort to having a nap. Had a quick look round the shops after work - treated myself to an icing covered pretzl mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Anyways just keeping this post short as I need to finish a card ready for tomorrow, so onto the card - this is quite possibly another favourite lol. This is for a competition over on Lisa's Blog - Mess2Magic, she has some blog candy on offer to celebrate her the number of followers and her design team roles. The challenge was to create a card with a ladybug theme. I knew as soon as I saw the challenge that it was the perfect chance to use my Little Ladies - Jana paper that I've had a fair while and haven't been able to bear to part with it until now. I also knew I HAD to use this Buttercup stamp as it's nice and clean and simple and ofcourse features another Ladybug :)

Ooooooo my first gate-fold card (possibly ever, none are springing to mind), I love the way this card turned out, the colours and layout and everything.

Supplies: 'Cross-Eyed Buttercup' by Ladybug Crafts Ink, 'Little Ladies' Paper by My Little Shoebox, Green Paper by Doodlebug, Red Card by Doodlebug, Sugar-Coating by Doodlebug
Extras: White Card, Red Ribbon, Red Ink Pad, Promarkers

Right off to finish off a baby boy card for one of the girls in work, so many cards so little time. XOX

OH Helen Ann - this is absolutely fabulous !I just love those papers and can understand why you couldn't part with them lol
Buttercup looks so cute and the gatefold and ribbon just finish it off so well.
Thanks for entering my mini candy challenge and good luck!
