Happy 30th Birthday Ian xox

It's Ian's 30th today, so this is just a quick post before we go out, and I can now post Ian's card now he's seen it lol.

So here it is...

And a close up of the cake complete with 'chocolate sauce' lol, this is the cake that comes with the 'Add-on Magnum' by Ladybug Crafts Ink, but think it looks good by itself.

And a close up of the shaker bit, I stuck the numbers on the front of the shaker as I couldn't find a stamp that I liked and was suitable to put 'in' it. But really pleased with how it turned out, makes a fab noise.

This is what I've been up to...

Don't know where the last couple of days have gone, I've been busy making cards but they have mainly been variations on cards that I've made before, but thought I'd post them to prove I have been doing something lol. Hopefully will have more to post either later today or tomorrow all I've got to do is get them made lol.

This is another of the cards that I've made in the last few days, one of the girls in work wanted a wedding card, needed to keep this quite simple looking so decided to use the Lili of the Valley Challenge Sketch from a few weeks ago, and kept the colours to white and silver, am really pleased with how it's turned out.

Right off to go and get a card done and hopefully make a start on a certain someone's 30th card lol. Oooo and going to have to catch up of True Blood too lol. XOX

Tis the Season

Well think we're well into the wedding season now, almost all the cards I've been asked for have been for weddings, anniversaries or engagements. This is just a really quick post cos I need to get tea. This is a wedding card that my brother wanted for a couple of his friends (well being male he just asked for a wedding card and left the rest up to me lol). I found the heart sticker in the Paper Shop the other day and HAD to buy it, I wanted to keep to the white and gold theme and thought the printed vellum worked REALLY well even if do say so myself.
